Indian government curbs state rights
The battle for protecting the educational rights of the common people raises a doubt, is the Indian Government is run by the Central Government of India or by the Supreme Court of India. NEET exam raises a heavy doubt whether in a major policy decision in such a matter of education where the executive and legislature which has power to decide. Can the Union power be curbed by Supreme Court of India. If it is permissible for the Supreme Court to act as a Legislative and Executive body of India, suppose it doesn’t want to do such acts. Keeping silence of Modi’s government in this matter raises whether by a back door method, Modi Sir want to curb all the linguistic states rights in education, where education falls in the concurrent list.
