Indian government curbs state rights

The battle for protecting the educational rights of the common people raises a doubt, is the Indian Government is run by the Central Government of India or by the Supreme Court of India. NEET exam raises a heavy doubt whether in a major policy decision in such a matter of education where the executive and legislature which has power to decide. Can the Union power be curbed by Supreme Court of India. If it is permissible for the Supreme Court to act as a Legislative and Executive body of India, suppose it doesn’t want to do such acts.
Keeping silence of Modi’s government in this matter raises whether by a back door method, Modi Sir want to curb all the linguistic states rights in education, where education falls in the concurrent list. It is the basic step that Modi government allows to shift the power of states from concurrent list of the constitution of India to the central power, which is utmost dangerous of Indianisation.
As regard NEET exam we are not only loosing the state power but also the linguistic rights given to the citizen’s of India. Now NEET allows only 9 Languages ( English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Assammese, Guajarati, Kannada and Oriya) to write exam. Whereas in Indian Constitution under eight schedule provides 22 languages. It itself a clear denial of the students who does their education in their mother tongue. The major languages denied in NEET exam are Malayalam, Urdu, Punjabi, Manipuri, Konkani, Nepali, Sindhi, Bodo, Santhali, Maithili and Dogri.
The best reason for the denial of the above language is only a step by step process to make Hindi as the language of whole India. India is the country of 140 Croes people. The government cannot deny the rights of more than 100 croes people and to act against the basic principles of the formulation of the linguistic states.
Let us see whether Indians will protect Mother India with their Mother Tongue or loose this power to Modi Sarkar for One India with One Power. We expect the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to clear all the issues and to safe guard the dreams of our founding father’s of the Constitution of India.
